To be taken by Oregon Home Inspectors members (OCHI) only
OCHI members do not need to become members of NEFSI to take the course

Learn to inspect siding and receive 10 Oregon CCB CEU's

Proficiency Will be Determined by the Satisfactory Completion of:
Part 1. The Section Review Tests: Intended as a study guide, these tests should be completed while studying each section. NEFSI will return these tests to you with corrections so that you may use them as a study guide.
A Score of 65% or better for each test is required before attempting the Siding Specialist Certification Test..

Part 2: The Siding Specialist Certification Test:
Your ability to perform an inspection and prepare a report will be evaluated by this test. Our goal is to insure a Siding Specialist has received enough training to succesfully conduct siding related inspections. This test will also be returned to you with corrections. Requires a score of 80% for Certification.

 

The Section Review Tests may be taken as many times as necessary.
The Siding Specialist Certification Test may be taken once a week for a maximum of 4 times.
